In short: subscription fees are non-refundable. We give you a full-featured free trial precisely so that you can decide before any money changes hands. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start it. During the trial you can complete the questionnaire, generate your requirement list, see your readiness estimate, create policy drafts, upload evidence, invite teammates and use the AI features, subject to the trial limits published on the pricing page.
The trial exists so that the decision to pay is made with full information. Because of it, we do not offer refunds after a payment is taken.
All subscription fees, including the first payment and every renewal, are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal — the receipt email sent after checkout links to it — or by emailing deepakgandhi2007@gmail.com.
Cancelling stops the subscription renewing. It does not trigger a refund of the current period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted — your policies, evidence and tasks stay readable, and exporting them remains available while your paid period lasts.
We will issue a refund in these cases:
To claim one, email us within 60 days of the charge with the transaction reference. We aim to respond within two business days, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. That means they are the seller of record for your purchase, and their own buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside this policy. Where their terms grant you a right that this policy does not, their terms prevail.
If a renewal payment fails, we mark the subscription past due and retry. If it is still unpaid after the retry window, the subscription is cancelled and the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted, and paying reactivates it.
If we change the price of a plan, existing subscribers are notified by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to them. You may cancel before it takes effect. A price change is never applied retroactively, and never entitles a refund of a period already paid.
Ask us before you subscribe if anything here is unclear — that is far better for both of us than a dispute afterwards. deepakgandhi2007@gmail.com.
